Windhover is located in Rockport, MA, near the North Shore and right on Cape Ann. Housing is SHARED (ie: shared sleeping quarters, shared restrooms and shared kitchen). The campus is situated on 4 1/2 acres of land with meadows, woods, outdoor garden areas and plenty of parking space.

Being hosted together and sharing space, meals, struggles and victories are all part of this immersive experience. If collective living is not for you, you may find your own accommodation in the Rockport area, at your own expense. Please note that you will also be responsible for travel to/from the Windhover campus each day.

Depending on everyone’s plans, we may be able to arrange for pick up/drop off at Boston Logan Airport and/or Boston South Station (Amtrak). More details regarding arrival/departure times from Windhover will be provided at a later date.

Windhover has a large kitchen with just about everything needed to prepare meals. We will provide general items such as coffee, olive oil, salt/pepper…

Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are at your expense. We will make periodic grocery runs (at the beginning and as needed) throughout the residency week(s).

Some of the evening meals will be provided and prepared by us. Please tell us about any dietary preferences/restrictions you have.
